Certificate of Title. The Servicer, in its capacity as agent of the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, holds the Certificate of Title or the application for a Certificate of Title for each of the Financed Vehicles as of the date on which the related Contract is transferred to the Issuer and will obtain within 180 days of such date Certificates of Title with respect to each Financed Vehicle as to which the Servicer holds only such application.
