Common use of Certificate of Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Purchaser. The Company shall have received a certificate, validly executed the Chief Executive Officer of Purchaser for and on behalf of Purchaser, certifying that the conditions in Section 8.3(a) and 8.3(b) with respect to Purchaser, as the case may be, have been met as of the Closing, and the conditions in Section 8.2 have been met or are waived by Purchaser as of the Closing.

Certificate of Purchaser. The Company shall have received been provided with a certificate, validly certificate executed the Chief Executive Officer of Purchaser for and on behalf of PurchaserPurchaser by its Chief Executive Officer, certifying that President or Chief Financial Officer to the conditions in Section 8.3(a) and 8.3(b) with respect to Purchasereffect that, as the case may be, have been met as of the ClosingEffective Time, and the conditions set forth in this Section 8.2 7.03, (a) and (b) have been met or are waived by Purchaser as of the Closingsatisfied.
