Certificate of independent accountants conclusive. Unless otherwise specifically provided, the certificate or opinion of an independent firm of public accountants of recognized standing selected by the Board of Directors and acceptable to the Trustee in the exercise of reasonable care (which firm may be regular independent accountants to the Company ), shall be conclusive evidence of the correctness of any computation made under the provisions of this Indenture, and wherever reference is made in this Indenture to “generally accepted accounting principles” the certificate or opinion of such a firm shall be conclusive evidence thereof. The Company shall furnish to the Trustee upon its request a copy of any such certificate or opinion.
