Common use of Certificate of Incumbency Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Incumbency. A certificate of the Secretary of the Borrower certifying the names and true signatures of the officers of the Borrower authorized to sign the Loan Documents.

Certificate of Incumbency. A certificate of the Secretary or members/managers of the Borrower Borrowers certifying the names and true signatures of the officers or members/managers of the Borrower Borrowers authorized to sign the Loan Documents.
