Certificate Management Clause Samples
The Certificate Management clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for handling digital certificates within an agreement. It typically specifies how certificates are issued, maintained, renewed, and revoked, and may require parties to use certificates for authentication or secure communications. This clause ensures that both parties maintain secure and reliable digital identities, reducing the risk of unauthorized access or data breaches.
Certificate Management. You acknowledge that under this Agreement the Certificate may be:
Certificate Management. Provide technical assistance in the areas of, to include but not limited to the engineering/integration/operation/management of system/infrastructure software and hardware certificates, device certificates, Certificate Revocation List (CRL), and Certificate Authority (CA) support, as well as the issue and management of cryptographic key (software and hardware) certificates in support of the infrastructure and approved mobile devices. The Contractor will also be responsible for developing a MACP compliant Key/Certificate Management Plan to describe how keys/certificates are issued, supported, maintained/renewed, stored, and safeguarded as well as tracked for expiration and renewal. When dictated by the Government, provide technical assistance, and actual key support if required, in the generation and distribution of commercial keys as authorized by the Government.
Certificate Management. Efforts were made to eliminate — or minimize to the extent possible —disclosure of internal information such as internal hostnames, IP addresses, and certificate/ public key infrastructure (PKI) details. The value of this measure is approximately$5,000.00.
