Certificate Issued. No certificate issued by the Engineer under Clause 39 shall prejudice the right of the Purchaser to reject Plant or part thereof, which is not in accordance with the Contract. The property in the rejected Plant shall immediately revert to the Contractor upon the replacement thereof by the Contractor.
