Common use of Certificate as to Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Certificate as to Adjustments. Upon any adjustment of the Exercise Price, the Company, at its expense, shall compute such adjustment and furnish Holder with a certificate of its Chief Financial Officer setting forth such adjustment and the facts upon which such adjustment is based. The Company shall, upon written request, furnish Holder a certificate setting forth the Exercise Price in effect upon the date thereof and the series of adjustments leading to such Exercise Price.

Certificate as to Adjustments. Upon any each adjustment of the Exercise Price, the Company, Company at its expense, expense shall promptly compute such adjustment adjustment, and furnish Holder with a certificate of its Chief Financial Officer setting forth such adjustment and the facts upon which such adjustment is based. The Company shall, upon written request, shall furnish Holder a certificate setting forth the Exercise Price in effect upon the date thereof and the series of adjustments leading to such Exercise Price.

The Company shall, upon written request, furnish the Holder a certificate setting forth the Exercise Price Per Share in effect upon the date thereof and the series of adjustments leading to such Exercise PricePrice Per Share.

The Company shall, upon written request, furnish Holder a certificate setting forth the Exercise Price and the applicable number of Shares issuable in effect upon the date thereof and the series of adjustments leading to such Exercise PricePrice and number of Shares.

The Company shall, upon written request, furnish Holder to the holder a certificate setting forth the Warrant Exercise Price in effect upon the date thereof and the series of adjustments leading to such Warrant Exercise Price.
