Certain Traditional Additional Services Considered Basic Services Sample Clauses
This clause reclassifies certain services that have traditionally been considered additional or optional as part of the basic services provided under the agreement. Certain Traditional Additional Services Considered Basic Services. If Owner has determined that Owner requires certain services which are traditionally considered Additional Services for the purpose of calculating the Design/Builder’s fees, such services are described on Exhibit C and compensation for such services is included in the schedule set forth on Exhibit G.
