Additional Design Services. 5.9.6.1 Additional Design Services shall be provided by the Contractor and paid for in accordance with this Agreement by the Owner if authorized in writing by the Owner. Prior to commencing any Additional Design Service, Contractor shall submit to the Owner an Additional Services Proposal in a form acceptable to the Owner. The Additional Services Proposal shall describe in detail the nature or scope of the Additional Design Services, the basis upon which Contractor believes that such services are Additional Services, the maximum amount of fees and reimbursable expenses for performance of the Additional Services, and a proposed schedule for the performance of the Additional Services. Contractor shall proceed with the Additional Design Service only after written acceptance by Owner of the Additional Services Proposal.
Additional Design Services. General. Supplemental to those services described under Basic Design Services and Basic Construction Contract Administration Services, the Design Professional and its consultants may be called upon to provide certain Additional Design Services and Construction Contract Administration Services during the course of the Project. For the purposes of this Contract, a list of sample Additional Design Services and Construction Contract Administration Services is set forth in Exhibit A including any stipulated payment amounts for those Additional Design Services and Construction Contract Administration Services for which compensation can be projected and agreed upon in advance. The parties agree that other Additional Design Services and Construction Contract Administration Services may be required or requested by the Owner, with the compensation to be agreed upon prior to the Design Professional undertaking the Additional Design Services or Construction Contract Administration Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Design Services or Construction Contract Administration Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth listed in Exhibit A-1, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

Additional Design Services. Payments for Additional Services shall be made according to the terms of the authorization upon presentation of a detailed invoice prepared in accordance with requirements set forth in the University of Florida Design and Commissioning Services Guide.
Additional Design Services. At the City’s written request, the Consultant shall: Provide additional engineering design services that are directly related to the Project but which were not anticipated nor which could be reasonably construed to be associated with work described in Tasks 1 through 4 of Exhibit A. Additional Design Services. Additional design services shall be handled as a Change Order to the Contract. Additional Design Services shall be for the provision of Professional Services requested by the City that were not included in the approved design documents or within the Basic Services contained in the Contract. Upon request of the City the Design-Build Firm will prepare and submit a Change Order Proposal, which shall include the deliverables and costs. The breakdown of the costs shall be provided on the City’ Work Order Form spreadsheet.
Additional Design Services. Additional Design Services Fees are compensable only when approved in advance in writing by UGAA using the Change Order form supplied as Supplement B2. Where otherwise justified and approved under this Agreement, Additional Services Fees shall be invoiced as a separate line-item within the Design- Builder Preconstruction Overhead Costs (Design-Builder Construction Overhead Costs, in the case of Additional Design Services pertaining to Construction Administration) in the Payment Application covering the month in which they were performed, and carried forward in subsequent Payment Applications.
Additional Design Services. Additional Design Services shall consist of the professional design services agreed to be performed by Design Build Architect-Engineer approved by the Owner in connection with the Project but which are not specifically designated as Basic Services in this Exhibit A.
