Certain Supporting IT Persons. Prior to the end of the Transition Period, AUSHC shall provide to AI a list of up to 35 Persons who, during the Transition Period, provided significant information technology services in respect of the AI Business for AI and its Subsidiaries and who, if not hired by AI prior to the end of such Period, shall be entitled to severance benefits from AI at least equal to the severance benefits available to similarly-situated AI Employees, taking into account each such Person's service and compensation with the AUSHC Companies. If hired by AI, any such Person shall be considered an AI employee for all purposes hereunder.
