CERTAIN REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND COVENANTS. The Lessee hereby confirms, for the benefit of each other party hereto, its representations, warranties and covenants in Article 6 of the Collateral Agency Agreement, which are hereby incorporated in this Agreement by this reference as fully as if set forth herein in their entirety.
