Common use of Certain Reports Clause in Contracts

Certain Reports. Promptly upon their becoming available and without duplication of any obligations with respect to any such information that is otherwise required to be delivered under the provisions of any Loan Document, copies of all special reports and registration statements which the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary files with the SEC or any analogous Governmental Authority or with any national securities exchange, as the case may be (other than amendments to any registration statement (to the extent such registration statement, in the form it became effective, is delivered to the Administrative Agent), exhibits to any registration statement and, if applicable, any registration statement on Form S-8);
