Certain Personnel Clause Samples
The 'Certain Personnel' clause defines which individuals or categories of staff are subject to specific terms or obligations within an agreement. Typically, this clause identifies key employees, contractors, or representatives whose actions or qualifications are critical to the performance of the contract, such as project managers or technical experts. By clearly specifying these personnel, the clause ensures that only designated individuals are held to particular standards or requirements, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping both parties manage expectations and responsibilities effectively.
