Certain Permitted Modifications Sample Clauses

The 'Certain Permitted Modifications' clause defines specific changes or alterations to an agreement or its subject matter that are allowed without breaching the contract. Typically, this clause outlines which modifications can be made unilaterally or by mutual consent, and may list examples such as minor technical updates, administrative adjustments, or changes required by law. Its core function is to provide flexibility for the parties to adapt to minor or anticipated changes without the need for a formal amendment process, thereby reducing administrative burden and preventing unnecessary disputes over trivial modifications.
