Certain Obligations Continue. During the period following Lessee’s exercise of the Sale Option and until and including the Lease Expiration Date, the obligation of the Lessee under the Lease, including, without limitation, the obligation of Lessee to pay Rent with respect to the Items of Equipment (including the installment of Rent due on the Lease Expiration Date), shall continue undiminished.
