Certain Matters Relating to Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans. (a) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, with respect to each Mortgage Loan that is a Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, each of the document delivery requirements set forth herein will be satisfied by the delivery by the applicable Seller of copies of each such document specified herein (other than the Mortgage Note (and all intervening endorsements) evidencing the Mortgage Loan, with respect to which the originals shall be required); provided, the document delivery requirements for the Assignment of Mortgage, any assignment of Assignment of Leases and any UCC-2 or UCC-3 financing statement set forth herein will be satisfied by the delivery by the applicable Seller of copies of such documents made in favor of the trustee of the Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
