Certain Express Lease Terms. As more particularly set forth in the referenced sections of the Lease, Tenant enjoys the following rights pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Lease: (i) an initial Lease Term of nine (9) years and one (1) month, which initial Lease Term is to commence on July 1, 2009, as more particularly set forth in the Lease, and (ii) two (2) options to extend the Lease Term for the entire Premises each by a period of five (5) years, as more particularly set forth the Lease.
