Common use of Certain Expenses Clause in Contracts

Certain Expenses. This Section 16 will apply only to expenses that (a) are otherwise described in one or more of its subsections and (b) are incurred at any time from the Effective Date through the fifth anniversary of Executive’s death.

Certain Expenses. This Section 16 15 will apply only to expenses that (a) are otherwise described in one or more of its subsections and (b) are incurred at any time from the Effective Date through the fifth anniversary of Executive’s death.
