Certain ECA Revenue Sample Clauses
The 'Certain ECA Revenue' clause defines how revenue generated from Export Credit Agency (ECA)-backed transactions is treated under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies which revenues qualify as ECA revenue, how they are identified, and how they are allocated or reported, often distinguishing them from other types of income. Its core practical function is to ensure clarity and proper accounting for ECA-related revenues, which may be subject to different terms, risk-sharing, or reporting requirements compared to other revenue streams.
