Common use of Certain Definitional Provisions Clause in Contracts

Certain Definitional Provisions. All terms defined in this Agreement shall have such defined meanings when used in any of the other Financing Documents unless otherwise specifically defined therein. Accounting terms used in this Agreement shall have the respective meanings given to them under generally accepted accounting principles in effect from time to time in the United States of America. The words “hereof”, “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import when used in this Agreement shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement. The word “including” shall be deemed a word of illustration meaning “including, but not limited to” and not a word of limitation. As used herein, the singular number shall include the plural, the plural, the singular and the use of the masculine, feminine or neuter gender shall include all genders, as the context may require.
