Common use of Certain Costs Clause in Contracts

Certain Costs. Fees paid to banks to maintain credit lines by parties lending External Funds to the Money Pool shall initially be paid by the party maintaining such line. A portion of such costs shall be allocated to the Participating Companies borrowing such External Funds through the Money Pool in proportion to their respective average daily outstanding borrowings of such External Funds.
