Certain Common Terms. The term “documents” includes any and all instruments, documents, agreements, certificates, indentures, notices and other writings, however evidenced. The term “including” (and its correlatives) is not limiting and means “including without limitation.” The word “or” is not exclusive. The word “incur” (and its correlatives) shall be construed to mean incur, create, issue, assume, become liable in respect of or suffer to exist. The word “will” shall be construed to have the same meaning and effect as the word “shall”.
