All rights to causes of action, suits, proceedings, judgments, claims and demands of any nature, whenever maturing or asserted, solely relating to or arising directly out of (a) the Purchased Assets, (b) the Assumed Liabilities, or (c) the operations of the Divisions (or either of them).
