Certain Benefit Plans. Except as otherwise provided by law or any applicable Employee Benefit Plan, unless the Executive is terminated for Cause or the Executive terminates his employment with ADESA in breach of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to continue to participate, after termination, in all Employee Benefit Plans, to the extent permitted under the terms thereof as amended from time to time, but ADESA shall have no obligation to make any further payments with respect thereto on behalf of Executive.
