Certain Benefit Plans. Healtheon shall take such reasonable actions as are necessary to allow eligible employees of the Company to participate in the benefit programs of Healtheon, or alternative benefits programs substantially comparable to those applicable to employees of Healtheon on similar terms, as soon as practicable after the Closing.
