CONSULTANT shall review the Addendum to the EIR for the Evergreen Specific Plan signed off by Planning on 5/26/2010 and related environmental clearance documentation (collectively, “Addendum EIR”) provided by CITY for the PROJECT. Identify and inform the DIRECTOR if report has discrepenacies that could affect project design. 2. CONSULTANT shall incorporate all identified Mitigation Measures and Monitoring Reporting Program Requirements as listed in the Addendum EIR into the PROJECT construction documents and specifications addressing the environmental impacts and mitigated measures as required. SECTION 2 SCOPE OF SERVICES CONSULTANT is to complete the sub-tasks below consistent with the requirements of attached APPENDIX A, which describes in greater detail the manner in which CONSULTANT is to perform services related to progress printings and reports included in this TASK. APPENDIX A is incorporated herein as if set forth in full. In the event of any conflict between APPENDIX A and this EXHIBIT B, this EXHIBIT B shall control.
