CEO Manager Sample Clauses

CEO Manager. The Cleco Holdings Board may appoint the then-current CEO as a Manager of the Cleco Holdings Board (the “CEO Manager”) by Board Supermajority Consent. The CEO Manager shall serve for a term consistent with his or her term as CEO, unless he or she resigns, dies or is removed from his or her position as a Manager by the Cleco Holdings Board, acting by Board Supermajority Consent, before his or her term expires.
