Centre IP Sample Clauses
Centre IP. Each Party must procure that Centre IP created by any of its Specified Personnel will be owned and dealt with according to the provisions of this agreement.
Centre IP. Notwithstanding the termination of this agreement, unless the Parties agree otherwise (including pursuant to clause 25.1), ownership of Centre IP will not change.
