Centralized Program Data Requirements. The contractor shall develop and maintain Blank Books that centralize ISSP data requirements from each of the functional areas defined in the SSP 50200 series of documents (Volumes 1 -Volume 10). These Blank Books will provide specific data requirements, including data formats, attribute definitions, generic delivery templates and data flow processes.
