CENTRALIZED BIDDERS REGISTRATION (CBR). Only firms registered and in active status in the CBR at the time of Bid opening or Proposal submission due dates are eligible to enter into contracts with the Commission in accordance with WSSC Standard Procedure ACQ 10-01, “Centralized Bidders Registration Procedures.” Failure to register prior to this time shall render the submittal non-responsive.
