CENTRAL SAANICH Clause Samples

CENTRAL SAANICH constitutes Saanich as a service provider in relation to the collection and storage of its Operational Data related to Incidents or Events involving CENTRAL SAANICH and dispatched by the Dispatch Centre. Saanich will disclose and/or use the Operational Data only: (a) to those of its employees, agents, consultants and contractors (including, without limitation, E-Comm) as are necessary to provide the Services or fulfil its obligations hereunder; (b) as required to manage, upgrade, repair or replace its CAD, RMS or other Dispatch Systems used to deliver the Services (including repairing the data structure within any component of the Dispatch Systems); (c) as required by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction; and
