Common use of Central Contractor Registration Clause in Contracts

Central Contractor Registration. AND DATA UNIVERSAL NUMBERING SYSTEM (2 CFR Part 25): 2 CFR Part 170 requires each applicant, as well as recipients and their direct subrecipients, other than individuals, that does not have an exception under 2 CFR §25.110, to: (1) Be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submitting an application or plan; (2) Maintain an active CCR registration with current information at all times during which it has an active Federal award or an application or plan under consideration by an agency; and (3) Provide its Dun and Bradstreet Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number in each application or plan it submits to the agency.
