Common use of CENTRAL COLLECTION SYSTEM Clause in Contracts

CENTRAL COLLECTION SYSTEM. The Employer, shall, with respect to any and all contributions or other amount that may be due and owing to the IUPAT and its related or affiliated Funds or organizations, including, but not limited to, the IUPAT Industry Pension Plan, the IUPAT Finishing Trades Institute (IUPAT-FTI), the Painters and Allied Trades Labor Management Cooperation Initiative, the IUPAT Political Action Together (and any and all other affiliated International organizations as they may be created or established in the future), may make all required payments, either directly or through an intermediate body, to the 'Central Collections' Unit of the International Union and its affiliated Funds and organizations. Such contribution shall be submitted on appropriate forms, in such format, and with such information as may be agreed to by Central Collection.
