Cea Fee Clause Samples

Cea Fee. 23 No member of the bargaining unit will be required to join the CEA; however, those teachers who are not 24 CEA members, but are members of the bargaining unit will be required to pay a representation fee to 25 the CEA. The amount of the representation fee will be equal to the regular dues for CEA membership.
