Where this role is fulfilled by the Supplier, the Supplier warrants that it is competent to accept this appointment and that it will properly perform all the duties required of a principal contractor under CDM 2015. 36.2 The “Principal Designer” (for the purposes of and as defined in CDM 2015) for the Project is as stated in the Appendix.
