CDFW Clause Samples

The CDFW clause refers to provisions involving the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, typically included in contracts or agreements that may impact wildlife or natural resources in California. This clause often outlines requirements for compliance with state regulations, such as obtaining necessary permits or conducting environmental assessments before proceeding with certain activities.
