CDC and Collaborator Contributions. The contributions of any staff, funds, materials, and equipment by the Parties are set forth in Appendix B. The Federal Technology Transfer Act of 1986, 15 U.S.C. § 3710a(d)(1) prohibits CDC from providing funds to Collaborator for any research and development activities under this CRADA.
