CDBG Program Requirements. Under this Grant Contract, Operating Agency is receiving an allocation or grant of Community Development Block Grant Program funds. The Operating Agency understands these funds are made available through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and to facilitate the receipt of these funds the Operating Agency agrees and certifies to comply with all applicable HUD requirements. Without limitations, Operating Agency specifically agrees and certifies as to the following:
a. The Operating Agency will abide with all of the requirements of 24 CFR, Part 570 and Part 91, Community Development Block Grant Program.
b. The Operating Agency will comply with other applicable Federal requirements in 24 CFR, Part 570 and Part 91, as follows:
