PM - one set of bidding documents, PPCB, plus detailed estimate. b. CDB Fair Employment Practices Technician - one project manual c. Construction Technician - one printed set of bid drawings along with one set of drawings and project manual on compact disk (CD). d. CDB Contracts unit β one project manual, detailed estimate and PPCB. e. CDB Bid Receiving Office (other than Springfield) - one project manual, and PPCB plus one detailed estimate.
