CCSD Sample Clauses

CCSD. For each acre-foot of Return Water or Excess Water made available for delivery to CCSD: i. CCSD shall pay $110 per acre-foot, as currently estimated, for Return Water made available for delivery to meet the Annual Return Water Obligation, which reflects its avoided cost to produce groundwater to meet customer demand. ii. CCSD shall pay $580 per acre-foot, as currently estimated, for any Excess Water, which reflects the operations and maintenance cost for the MPWSP to produce one acre-foot of potable water.
