CCS SYSTEM RESPONSE TIME. Within sixty (60) days after the Ninth Amendment Effective Date, the Parties agreed to establish a Service Level to measure System Response Time for CCS as follows: (i) ALLTEL shall use Concord AR as the measuring tool for this Service Level.
