CCS PRODUCTS Clause Samples

The "CCS PRODUCTS" clause defines and identifies the specific products or services provided under the agreement that are related to CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) technology. It typically outlines the scope of these products, such as equipment, software, or technical services, and may specify technical standards, delivery requirements, or performance criteria. By clearly delineating what constitutes a CCS product within the contract, this clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the deliverables, reducing the risk of disputes over what is included or excluded from the agreement.
