CCCSWA. For purposes of this Agreement, the CCCSWA’s authorized representative will be the CCCSWA Executive Director or her/his designee, who will have the authority to make operational decisions and financial decisions in accordance with Applicable Law and CCCSWA policy with respect to this Agreement which are binding on the CCCSWA.
