CAUSES FOR REJECTING BIDS. Bids may be rejected for any of the following reasons:
A. All bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2;
B. If more than one bid is received from an individual, firm or partnership, corporation or association under the same name;
C. Multiple bids from an agent representing competing bidders;
D. The bid does not meet the minimum bid amount;
E. The bidder is determined to possess, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4b, Prior Negative Experience; or,
F. If the successful bidder fails to enter into the Lease within 21 days, Sundays and holidays excepted, or as otherwise agreed upon by the Township. In this case at its option, the Township may accept the bid of the next lowest responsible bidder. (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24b)
G. The bidder is determined by the Township in its sole discretion not to be qualified .
