Claims Waived Clause Samples
Claims Waived. As a material part of the consideration to be rendered Owner by Permittee under this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to and hereby does waive all claims against the Owner for loss of or damage to goods, wares, merchandise and property of all kinds, and for the injury to or death of any person from any cause, related to the use of the Premises by Permittee pursuant to this Agreement. Owner shall not be liable for any claims for loss, theft, damage, disappearance, or injury of or to any of the materials, tools, equipment, or other property of any nature of Permittee, or in the possession or custody of Permittee, or in transit or delivery to or from the Premises. Owner shall not be liable for any loss or damage to, interference with, or suspension of the business of Permittee, for any reason.
Claims Waived. The waiver of Your rights, claims, or causes of action arising under the ADEA only applies to your rights, claims, or causes of action arising before the date You execute this Agreement. Executing this Agreement does not waive any of Your rights, claims, or causes of action arising under the ADEA after You execute this Agreement.
Claims Waived. The Lessee waives any and all claims for compensation for any and all loss or damage including but not limited to loss of patronage sustained by reason of any deficit, deficiency, vandalism or impairment of the water supply, sewer system, drainage system, electric service or other mechanical apparatus, or failure of the Township to remove snow or sand, the ice on the roads, or for any loss sustained resulting from fire, water, wind, civil commotion or because of labor difficulty or for any repairs performed by the Lessee's personnel or contracted for by the Lessee; and the Lessee expressly waives all rights, claims and demands and forever releases and discharges the Township and its officers and agents from any and all demands, claims, actions and cause for action arising from any of the causes aforesaid. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ further waives any claims for damage to person or property arising out of any condition of the Property.
