Common use of Cause; Resignation Clause in Contracts

Cause; Resignation. If the Executive's employment shall be terminated for Cause or the Executive shall resign, this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to the Executive.

If the Executive's ’s employment shall be terminated by the Company for Cause or by the Executive other than for Good Reason or if the Executive shall resignresign for reasons of ill health, this Agreement the Company shall terminate without pay the Executive the Accrued Obligations and the Company shall have no further obligations to the ExecutiveExecutive under this Agreement.

If Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive's employment shall be terminated Company for Cause or by Executive without Good Reason, the Company shall pay the Accrued Obligations at the time Executive or the Company provides in the notice of termination, or at the time of termination of Executive’s employment, as applicable, and the Company shall resign, this Agreement shall terminate without thereafter have no further obligations to the ExecutiveExecutive under this Agreement.
