Common use of Category 1 Clause in Contracts

Category 1. These speakers/trainers may present the MPCP segment at an UnFranchise Business Presentation (“UBP”), and conduct Basic Five (“B5”) Trainings at an approved publicly scheduled GMTSS meeting/training where attendees are charged an admission fee. Category 1 Speakers must: (a) earn a minimum of S$1,875 in commissions each calendar quarter one (1) or more BDCs; (b) personally sponsor two (2) UnFranchise Owners during the previous calendar year; (c) purchase five (5) tickets from Market Singapore for the Annual Convention and submit the ticket numbers to the GMTSS Department within sixty (60) days following each Leadership School, and five (5) tickets from the Company for the Leadership School and submit the ticket numbers to the GMTSS Department within sixty (60) days following each Annual Convention; and (d) qualify for the SABP (Shopping Annuity Bonus Programme) at least one (1) quarter per year. *Speaker may conduct NUOTs for educational purposes only. Any NUOT conducted by Speaker will not satisfy new UnFranchise Owners’ 28 day requirement. This requirement can only be met by attending a NUOT conducted by Market Singapore at the local corporate office.

Category 1 Speakers must: (a) earn a minimum of S$1,875 HK$23,000 in commissions each calendar quarter one (1) or more BDCs; (b) personally sponsor two (2) UnFranchise Owners during the previous calendar year; (c) purchase five (5) tickets from Market Singapore Hong Kong for the Annual Convention and submit the ticket numbers to the GMTSS Department within sixty (60) days following each Leadership School, and five (5) tickets from the Company for the Leadership School and submit the ticket numbers to the GMTSS Department within sixty (60) days following each Annual Convention; and (d) qualify for the SABP (as a Shopping Annuity Bonus Programme) Master Member at least one (1) quarter per year. *Speaker may conduct NUOTs for educational purposes only.
