Common use of CATEGORIES OF INSURANCE Clause in Contracts

CATEGORIES OF INSURANCE. Throughout the Lease Term and until the Termination Date, LESSEE will, at its own expense, effect and maintain in full force and effect the types of insurance and amounts of insurance (including deductibles) described in Exhibit E through brokers and insurers of recognized standing in the London or New York insurance markets or, in the event of a sublease to a Permitted Sublessee, with such brokers and with such insurers in the London or New York markets as may be approved by LESSOR, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

CATEGORIES OF INSURANCE. Throughout the Lease Term and until the Termination Date, LESSEE will, at its own expense, effect and maintain in full force and effect the types of insurance and amounts of insurance (including deductibles) described in Exhibit Exhibits C and E through brokers and insurers of recognized standing in the London or New York insurance markets or, in the event of a sublease to a Permitted Sublessee, with such brokers and with such insurers in the London or New York markets as may be approved by LESSOR, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, in London or New York or such other insurance markets as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
