Casual Register. (1) The Employer shall maintain a master casual register which shall include a list of all casual employees employed by the Employer in descending order of their seniority, and the seniority hours. (2) Seniority on the master casual register shall be updated every three (3) months as of the last date of the payroll period immediately prior to January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 each year. The updated list shall be posted at the worksite.
