Casual Nurses – Availability. (a) Casual Nurses shall confirm to the Employer in writing the extent of their availability for shifts. (b) Casual Nurses who have indicated an availability to work, may be assigned shifts in accordance with operational requirements. (c) Where the availability status of a Casual Nurse changes from that previously accepted by the Employer, the Casual Nurse must indicate the extent of the change in availability in writing to the Employer such change requires the approval of the Employer. Such Approval shall not be unreasonably denied.
